Exhibition booking and priority timeline
- 14 October 2024 (Day 1 of IAC 2024 Milan) – Exhibition applications open for all sponsors and exhibitors
- 14 October 2024 – 29 November 2024 – Priority purchase window
- Premier, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze level sponsors submitting a sponsorship application in this priority window have first choice of exhibition position based on their sponsorship level
- 29 November 2024~ – All priority sponsors’ purchased exhibition spaces are confirmed and updated on the live interactive exhibition floor plan. After priority sponsor booth positions are confirmed, all other non-priority exhibition space applicants’ booth positions will be confirmed.
Exhibition positions are confirmed on an ongoing date-of-application basis only beyond the priority purchase window.

Step-by-step guide to booking exhibition space
- Review our available booth positions on the live plan or speak to our exhibition sales team on options
- Identify your preferred booth number/s to determine the location and size of your stand (all bookings are based on booth number)
- Each numbered exhibition booth is a 9sqm (3m x 3m) footprint
- Multiple adjacent booth positions can be selected to develop a larger booth footprint
- Flexibility to combine blocks for larger stands exists (speak with our team)
- All spaces are sold by default in a space-only format. Review if you have any booth add-on requirements for your stand

- All IAF members receive 15% discount on exhibition booth purchase price. This must be marked on your application form and your membership current at the time of application to receive this discount.
